After subjecting you to my slap-happy knock, knock joke last week, I knew I needed to offer up legitimate humor for this “Friday’s Finding Your Funny”. One more lame knock, knock joke, and you might want to knock ME out.
This Friday features “Random Thoughts” from Michael Junior. He is a comedian who has an amazing gift for making people laugh and uses his talent in a beautiful way. Before we get into his “Random Thoughts”, I wanted to share what he does.
Michael Junior has a non-profit organization called S.T.U.B.S. which stands for “Something To Uplift Broken Situations”. He has a heart for bringing laughter to those who are hurting. He has brought his comedy to the homeless, abused children’s facilities, and to those who are in our prison system. Here’s a link to S.T.U.B.S. where 100% of those ticket sales go to bring laughter to places that need it most.
I encourage you to let Michael Junior’s Random Thoughts slowly settle in. The pictures are provided as visual space to pause for just a moment before moving on to the next random thought.
Without further ado, here are some of Michael Junior’s Random Thoughts …
Why are stay-at-home moms always gone?
Is the word “tofu” short for tried to fool ya?
Should Dave Ramsey’s web site take credit cards?
Where does non-local anesthesia come from?
I think sometimes people take marble for granite.
Why are there no mirrors in the self check-out?
If God clapped His hands, wouldn’t that make a big bang?
It’s just a theory.
If you want to see more of Michael Junior’s comedy, here is a trailer to his DVD “Laughing On Purpose”.
I’ve also included a link to Michael Junior’s tour schedule from his web site. To my friends in Illinois, he has appearances in September and October in Illinois.
Because there are a lot of funny people out there …
